On the homepage, log in to MetaMask and click on your wallet address to go to the swap page.

On the Swap tab, click the ARENA button.

Select the desired number of ARENAs and press the Swap button to convert them to METAQ. ※You can change METAQ to ARENA by pressing the arrow button in the middle.
